This ranges from your familiarity with your instrument to how the band sounds as a whole.</li></ol><li>Originality (30 Percent)</li><ol><li>Most bands probably want to sound as good as their idol rock stars but, more to this bands will also be judged according to their originality. Whether you’re emo, metal or just plain rock and roll, your band should be able to offer something fresh on stage.</li></ol><li>Impact (30 Percent)</li><ol><li>Impact is not only restricted to audience impact. More importantly, bands have to make an impact on the judges. We highly advise all applicants to produce any kind of recording (live, video, professional, etc.) as long as you think it’s good enough.</li><li>All competing bands should have atleast 1 ORIGINAL song. If you haven’t produced any yet, you better get started.</li><li>Once you send your application form, wait until the final list of competitors are out.
